By accessing and using Vivera Insurance Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Vivera Insurance Solutions provides technology solutions and services for insurance agencies, including CRM systems, quoting tools, analytics dashboards, and client portals.

3. Partner Responsibilities

Partner agencies and independent agents agree to:

  • Maintain valid insurance licenses and professional credentials
  • Comply with all applicable insurance regulations and laws
  • Use our technology platforms responsibly and ethically
  • Protect client data and maintain confidentiality
  • Provide accurate information during registration and ongoing operations

4. Technology Usage

Our technology platforms are provided free of charge to qualified partner agencies and independent agents. Partners must use these tools in accordance with our acceptable use policies and may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute our software.

5. Data and Privacy

Partner agencies and independent agents acknowledge that client data processed through our systems is subject to our Privacy Policy. Partners retain ownership of their client relationships and data, while granting Vivera necessary permissions to provide services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, partner agencies and independent agents will retain access to export their data for a reasonable transition period.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Vivera's platforms and services, partners agree to:

  • Use services only for legitimate business purposes related to insurance sales
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Maintain current insurance licenses and professional credentials
  • Provide accurate and truthful information to clients and prospects
  • Protect client data and maintain appropriate security measures
  • Report any security incidents or data breaches immediately

8. Limitation of Liability

Vivera's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for particular purposes beyond our stated service levels.
